Would you believe that Carol's daughter received this book as a gift for her birthday here in Sweden!? When we read the book, Carol recognized Mara's photo on the back cover! It was even signed by the author! What a treat! It's one of our favorite books! Mara's first book A Rotten Apple is a diary of her teaching experiences while working at GHS as a teacher! (an Erma Bombeck-ish type of book according to Mara) Now that might be an interesting read! Hummmm..... Mara is busy writing a third book, Sea Turtles A-Z: Loggy, Greeny and Leather. Hopefully, it will be out in time for the summer crowds at SeaWorld!
