| | Lawson Dominates Jacksonville Marathon Field (The Florida Times-Union) Jerry Lawson had no trouble winning Florida's Jacksonville Marathon this weekend in 2:23:56. His time was 12 minutes, and two miles, ahead of second place Moatacim Hamcha (2:35:53) of New Bedford, Mass. Carla Dolder of Gainesville, Florida won in the women's race, finishing in 2:57:12. She set a Masters Women's course record, finishing seven minutes ahead of Sharon Hathaway (3:04:31) of Powell, Ohio. | |
